1. drum gas meters of the TG series
These meters are designed for accurate volume measurement of gases, including corrosive and inert gases. The meters are made of various materials such as transparent or gray PVC, polypropylene (PP), polyvinylidene fluoride (PVDF), electrically conductive polyethylene (PE-el) and stainless steel (1.4571). The measurement range varies from 0.1 to 18,000 liters per hour, with an accuracy of ±0.2% at nominal flow rate. The maximum inlet overpressure is 50 mbar for plastic housings and 500 mbar for stainless steel housings. The meters can be equipped with optional devices such as thermometers, pressure gauges and electronic display units with RS232 interface for data acquisition.
2. MilliGascounters
The patented MilliGascounters are designed to measure small volumes of gas at low flow rates. They are suitable for inert, slightly aggressive and corrosive gases, including biogas. These meters provide high measurement accuracy and can be used for gas leakage assessment.
3. Biogas batch fermentation system
This system allows for fermentation studies using up to 16 fermentation bottles maintaining the same temperature in a heating oven. The system provides automatic real-time data collection, which simplifies the monitoring and analysis of fermentation processes.
4. MultiGas sensors
The modular MultiGas sensors allow simultaneous analysis of up to four different gases in one housing. The system is flexibly adapted to individual measurement tasks through interchangeable modules, making it a versatile tool for gas analysis.
5. Bellows-type gas meters
These meters are designed for volume measurement of inert and dry gases and are particularly effective at high flow rates. The main advantage is the direct volume measurement based on the displacement principle, which ensures high accuracy and reliability.
6. RIGAMO software
RIGAMO software is designed to collect and analyze gas volume and flow data from up to 18 RITTER gas meters simultaneously. It supports graphical and tabular data display as well as export to Microsoft Excel® for easy processing and presentation of measurement results.
7. Accessories
RITTER offers a wide range of accessories for its gas meters, including thermometers, pressure gauges, pulse generators, safety valves and various working fluids. These additional components make it possible to extend the functionality of the instruments and to customize them to the user's specific application.
8. Gas sampling bags
Specially designed bags allow easy and reliable air and gas sampling. They are made of materials that guarantee impermeability, chemical inertness and protection against light, thus keeping the composition and properties of the collected samples unchanged.
